The "Now Hiring" business cards are sent to you in a box which contains 500 cards. They are helpful for on the ground / referral recruiting and reminding walk in candidates to apply online. 

They should always be kept on hand in the restaurant, as they have replaced the paper application. These should be kept at the Host stand so applicants walking in to the restaurant can be given a reminder to take with them to complete the application process online. You can also use these as "referral cards" if you are visiting other restaurants. The cards can be written on so you can put your name on the card as a referral. You can also give these cards to your TM's as part of a sign on / referral bonus contest.
